Markus Schulz Week 4 is a trance night at Eden Ibiza in San Antonio. Markus Schulz has been on a four-week consecutive residency at Eden, meaning the crowd already knows his sets and he knows the venue. The format is simple: one set of over six hours straight, no handovers, from opening to closing. This allows for dancefloor structures that shorter sets don’t permit — a slow start, gradual build-up, and climaxes in the early hours when energy is at its peak. The sound shifts between progressive trance, melodic house and the rougher passages of dance. Eden, with its packed dancefloor and long hours, is one of the few independent superclubs left on the island. The night stretches until six, with the early morning as the decisive stretch.
