3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organiser.
• Tickets are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.
• Prices displayed include applicable fees unless otherwise noted.
• You must provide accurate personal information when purchasing tickets.
• Tickets are for personal use only. Unauthorised resale is prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Cancelled events: Full refund will be issued automatically.
• Rescheduled events: Your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, contact us for a refund.
• Change of mind: Generally, tickets are non-refundable. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase if you need assistance.

5. Event Entry

• Valid photo ID may be required at the door.

• Resell tickets at inflated prices.

Party Isla acts as a marketplace and is not the organiser of events listed on the website. We are not liable for:

• Changes to event schedules, lineups, or venues.
• Personal injury or property damage at events.
• Actions of event organisers, venues, or other attendees.
