1. 01/ How do I purchase tickets?
   Browse events on our homepage or calendar, select your tickets, and complete checkout. You'll receive your e-tickets via email instantly.
2. 02/ Are the tickets verified?
   Yes. All tickets are sourced directly from venues or through our official ticketing partner FourVenues. Every ticket is 100% authentic.
3. 03/ What is your refund policy?
   Tickets purchased through our platform can be refunded up to 48 hours before the event. For tickets purchased through FourVenues, the refund is processed through their system. Contact support@partyisla.com for assistance.
4. 04/ How do I receive my tickets?
   E-tickets are delivered instantly to the email address you provide at checkout. Simply show the QR code on your phone at the venue entrance.
5. 05/ Do I need to print my ticket?
   No. All our tickets are mobile-friendly e-tickets. Just show the QR code from your email on your phone screen.
6. 06/ Which clubs and venues do you cover?
   We cover all major nightclubs in Mallorca (Magaluf, Palma, El Arenal) and Ibiza (San Antonio, Playa d'en Bossa, Ibiza Town), including BCM, AMOK, Tito's, Pacha, and many more.
