Their sound —funk, bright synths, soul vocals— has racked up over one billion five hundred million streams and a Grammy. At Pure Pacha, this repertoire works on a dancefloor that already knows the format: the residency has been running in this club for twenty years, and its formula of unadorned, elegant house keeps Thursday nights packed. The session moves between melodic house and disco-house, with sets building momentum straight through to dawn. Pacha keeps both rooms going: the main room under the cherry trees, and the second with a more intimate sound. At six AM, the closing track drops while the floor is still full.
