Tropical Arenal

The largest Dutch club in Mallorca is in Arenal, directly on the promenade, by the beach and surrounded by Mega Park, Bierkönig and Ballermann 6. Hip hop, RnB, house, top 40 and urban are the genres; Freddy Moreira, Johnny500, Yung Felix, Jonna Fraser and Boef are featured in the booth's history —all with a marked presence of Dutch talent that defines the venue's sound identity since the area consolidated as a mass tourism destination in the 80s.

The interior is a single room without multiple floors or segregated VIP areas: all the energy is concentrated on the dancefloor illuminated with warm glow lights. The space has wheelchair accessible access, a rare feature among clubs in the area. The compartment-free configuration ensures that the atmosphere is the same for all audiences regardless of entry level.

The concentration of Dutch artists on the lineup —ADF Samski, Act of Rage, Cristian D, $hirak, Sven Versteeg, LA$$A, Wesly Bronkhorst, Mensa, Josylvio and Yssi SB— distinguishes Tropical Arenal from other venues in the area, which traditionally orient their offer towards the Germanic audience of Ballermann. If you are looking for the Dutch scene in Mallorca, this is the only club on the island that consistently concentrates it. The season is short —only two months—, which means that every summer night has a very high energy level.
