R33 Palma
FAQ
R33 hosts its parties at Wave club, located at Carrer Poima 24, inside the Can Valero-Poima industrial park (Ponent area), on the outskirts of Palma. It is not in the city center or tourist zone: it is about a 15-minute taxi ride from Palma’s old town, in an industrial area.
It mainly operates on weekend nights, with sessions starting late at night and lasting until dawn. It is open year-round, not just in summer, but the programming is event-based, so it’s best to check the specific date and time for each party.
Entry is for those aged 18 and over; bring a valid ID or passport. As it is a small-capacity club with event-based programming, some nights may have specific conditions for advance sales or guest lists, which are indicated for each event.
There is no strict dress code: the focus is on the electronic club atmosphere, comfortable and music-centered. Formal attire is not required; casual clubwear is typical. The focus is on the dance floor and sound, not on appearance.
R33 sells tickets per event, and since it is a small venue, it’s best to buy them online in advance as nights with big-name acts sell out quickly. Ticket prices usually hover around €15 depending on the artist. You can check and purchase available events at partyisla.com.
The most practical option is a taxi: about 15 minutes from Palma’s city center and a bit longer from Playa de Palma. It is not walkable from tourist areas as it is in an industrial park, but there is plenty of street parking for those driving. Nighttime public transport options are limited.
R33 has hosted major names in progressive house and techno: John Digweed and Sasha (2025), Nick Warren and Guy J in recent seasons, as well as artists like Octave One, Tim Green, or Guy Mantzur. It is an internationally renowned club with a cult following, not a commercial music venue.
They are related: R33 is the brand and promoter of the parties, and Wave is the name of the physical club where they take place, at Carrer Poima 24. You’ll see ‘Wave’ on the door, but the reference electronic programming is signed by R33, which also hosts events in Madrid and Barcelona.
