House and techno from artists who usually only drop by Ibiza — R33 is the underground label that put Palma on the map of European electronic music. Sasha, John Digweed, Nick Warren and Guy J have spun in their 500-capacity room in the Can Valero industrial park, where the dancefloor is the absolute center and the music never gives way to visual spectacle. A project founded in 2015 by Juan Carlos Moreno that runs between Barcelona, Madrid and Mallorca.

R33 kicked off at number 33 Las Ramblas in Barcelona during Sónar Week 2015 and landed in Mallorca in 2017, setting up shop at Wave Club — a converted industrial space in Can Valero that delivers controlled acoustics and an intimate dancefloor. The brand has been hailed by DJ Mag España as a Balearic underground reference, with a lineup that mixes international headliners and top-tier local talent.

The 2026 season brings Radio Slave, Henry Saiz, Sébastien Léger, Sasha and John Digweed among the confirmed names. Resident DJs Kiko Melis and Pepe Arcade keep the vibe high on nights without a headliner. The R33 Series — the label’s own showcase — rotates with rising European artists every month. Fridays and Saturdays are the main nights, with occasional midweek events for touring acts.

R33 is the closest thing to an Ibiza club you’ll find in Palma — but at a fraction of the price. From Plaza de España, a 10-minute taxi ride costs about 8-10 EUR. Bus lines 3, 9 and 10 connect the Can Valero area. Amok, in the same industrial park, serves up afro-house on a massive scale if you’re after something bigger. If you’re after quality electronic music without the tourist circus, R33 is your spot — the kind of club where the DJ matters more than the decor and the dancefloor rules.
