At Carretera de l'Arenal 48, 07600 Platja de Palma (Las Maravillas), between Balneario 5 and Balneario 6, on the seafront of Playa de Palma. Seven minutes by car from Palma airport, right in the heart of the German Arenal.

From 20:30 to 05:00 during the season (April to October). Closed from November to March. The 2026 season kicks off with the Malle Opening of three days — April 17, 18 and 19 — according to Schlagerpuls. Regular days and holidays may start in the mid-afternoon.

18 years old, according to standard Balearic regulations. A valid photo ID — passport, DNI or EU national ID — is required. Photocopies or mobile photos are not accepted.

Informal Bavarian dress code — Lederhosen for men and Dirndl for women are welcome but not mandatory. There are no formal restrictions on flip-flops or beachwear as part of Playa de Palma's informal atmosphere. Clothing with offensive messages is prohibited.

Entry to the Oberbayern–Bolero–Regine's complex is usually free or by consumption, not through a ticket booth — the business model is beer, shots and live shows (tipping the artist at the end of the set is common practice). From Palma airport, a taxi costs €15 and takes seven minutes. From Palma city center, take EMT bus line 23 to Playa de Palma. From Can Pastilla, it's a 20-minute walk along the seafront promenade. During peak season, the L11 night bus connects all of Playa de Palma with the city. Parking is available in nearby blue and green zones.

Artists who have performed and continue to perform at Oberbayern include Mia Julia, Peter Wackel, Matthias Reim, Jürgen Drews, Tim Toupet, Antonia, Tobee, Axel Fischer, Melanie Müller, Schäfer Heinrich and Micaela Schäfer. The 2026 Malle Opening lineup (April 17–19) is confirmed by Schlagerpuls. Up to six live performances per night during the season.

Oberbayern (located in El Arenal since the late 1960s according to Wikipedia / 1985 according to the official website) is the traditional Schlager format with live artists and a band. Bierkönig (1988) is the largest Festhalle in the Mediterranean, with an Apres-Ski-Hits lineup and greater capacity. Both belong to the German Arenal and are a 15-minute walk apart.
