On the Sunset Strip in San Antonio, C/ Lepanto 3, Bajo, Sant Antoni de Portmany — right next to Café Mambo, on the Ses Variades promenade. First line of the sea with direct sunset views over Sa Conillera.
Open daily from 17:00 to 01:00 during the season, from April to October. The kitchen operates throughout opening hours. Outside the season, the venue closes until the next opening, usually around Easter.
There is no age restriction. Mint is a restaurant-lounge, not a nightclub — children and families are welcome during daytime and sunset hours. After midnight, the atmosphere leans more adult, though not prohibitive.
Casual. Swimsuits and bare chests are not allowed. T-shirt or short-sleeve shirt, shorts or summer dress are perfect. No formal dress code required — the vibe is relaxed and coastal.
Mint does not charge entry — it is free access as a restaurant-lounge. To secure a table with sunset views, book in advance at mintbymambo.com or check options at partyisla.com. The sea-facing terrace has a minimum consumption policy during sunset hours.
From Ibiza Town, taxi around 15 EUR (20 minutes) or L3 bus to San Antonio. From Cala de Bou or San Rafael, 10-minute taxi ride. Most accommodations in Ibiza are 15-20 minutes from the Sunset Strip. There is no private parking — use the public parking lots along the seafront promenade.
Italian cuisine: artisanal Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta, salads, meat and fish specialties. Tropical cocktails, wine list and beers. Continuous service from opening until closing.
Both belong to Grupo Mambo, founded in 1984 by Javier Anadón. Café Mambo is the sunset DJ bar with BBC Radio 1 Weekend broadcast in August; Mint is the restaurant-lounge with Italian gastronomy. They are side by side on the Sunset Strip and share the same sound atmosphere.
