Mint by Mambo is a lounge-bar with a terrace on San Antonio’s Sunset Strip, part of Grupo Mambo, serving Italian cuisine and Balearic deep house at sunset. Next to Café Mambo on the front line of Ses Variades, it shares the same sound as the promenade while the sun disappears behind Sa Conillera. Artisan Neapolitan pizzas, fresh pasta, salads, and tropical cocktails are served from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM daily during the season.

Mint is part of Grupo Mambo, the hospitality group founded in 1984 by Javier Anadón and Caroline Wilson that has turned the Ses Variades promenade into a global reference for the Ibizan sunset, according to the official Ibiza Spotlight guide (2025). Today, their sons Alan and Christian Anadón run the group. Café Mambo, the flagship venue since 1994, attracts international DJs for its sunset sessions. Mint completes the offering with an Italian gastronomic concept and a more relaxed lounge atmosphere.

The 2026 season begins on April 1, coinciding with Easter. The soundtrack focuses on deep house and Balearic sounds in chill-out format — the music of the Sunset Strip, not the dancefloor. Grupo Mambo’s resident DJs rotate between Café Mambo and Mint, maintaining a consistent sound along the promenade. The sea-facing terrace is the main space; an upper terrace and indoor bar complete the areas. The format is restaurant-lounge, not a nightclub — conversation and gastronomy with ambient music.

Open daily from 17:00 to 01:00 during the season, from April to October. The kitchen operates throughout opening hours. Outside the season, the venue closes until the next opening, usually around Easter.

There is no age restriction. Mint is a restaurant-lounge, not a nightclub — children and families are welcome during daytime and sunset hours. After midnight, the atmosphere leans more adult, though not prohibitive.

Casual. Swimsuits and bare chests are not allowed. T-shirt or short-sleeve shirt, shorts or summer dress are perfect. No formal dress code required — the vibe is relaxed and coastal.

From Ibiza Town, taxi around 15 EUR (20 minutes) or L3 bus to San Antonio. From Cala de Bou or San Rafael, 10-minute taxi ride. Most accommodations in Ibiza are 15-20 minutes from the Sunset Strip. There is no private parking — use the public parking lots along the seafront promenade.
