Mint is part of Grupo Mambo, the hospitality group founded in 1984 by Javier Anadon and Caroline Wilson that turned the Ses Variades promenade into a global sunset hotspot. Today, their sons Alan and Christian Anadon run the group. Café Mambo, the flagship venue since 1994, draws top-tier DJs for its sunset pre-parties. Savannah, open since 1997, offers international cuisine along the same promenade. Mint rounds out the lineup with a more refined dining concept and a lounge vibe.
The 2026 season kicks off on April 1, aligning with Easter Week. The music focus stays on deep house and Balearic sounds—the natural soundtrack of the Sunset Strip. Grupo Mambo’s resident DJs rotate between Café Mambo and Mint, keeping the promenade’s musical flow consistent. The main space is the sea-facing terrace; an upper terrace and indoor bar complete the setup. It’s a restaurant-lounge, not a club—good food, drinks, and conversation with music in the background.
