The Hard Rock brand landed in Playa d'en Bossa in 2014 and brought with it an open-air concert terrace for 2,500 people, a stage facing the sea and a lineup that alternates David Guetta with classic rock tribute bands. The result: a beach club that works by day as a five-star hotel pool and by night as a serious concert venue.
The venue is spread across an outdoor concert terrace (stage with sea views), The Ninth (a rooftop on the top floor in an intimate format), VIP areas with Balinese beds by the pool, and more than 2,000 square meters of event space. The layout can be transformed between daytime and nighttime format — pool party at noon, EDM concert at midnight.
Getting there: 10 minutes on foot from the center of Playa d'en Bossa or 15 by taxi from Ibiza Town. Line L14 is available. The format combines EDM producer sets with live band performances — something few venues in Ibiza offer. The season runs from May to October, though the hotel operates year-round with occasional off-season events. The seafront orientation allows sunset sessions with the stage illuminated by the natural light of dusk.
Tip: if you're staying in the hotel, you get direct access to pool events — a huge advantage in peak season. Rooms with stage views let you watch the concert from the balcony.
