At Passeig Illetes 52A, 07181 Calvià, overlooking the cove of Illetes on the southwest coast of Mallorca, ten minutes by car from Palma’s city center. Terraces of stepped stone lead down to the sea between pine trees and crystal-clear waters.

Open year-round. Peak season (May–September) 9:30–23:00 daily. Mid-season (March–April, October–November) approximately 10:00–17:00. Winter (November–March) Thursday and Friday 12:00–17:00, Saturday and Sunday 10:00–17:00, per Última Hora 2024.

No official minimum age—it’s a family beach club with two separate pools, one for adults and one for children. Minors are admitted with accompanying adults. It is not a nightclub, so there is no 18+ restriction.

No strict dress code. Clothing and shoes are required in the restaurant area (no swimwear at the table); on the sunbed terrace, swimwear with a kaftan or shirt over it is typical. Informal Mediterranean spa atmosphere, no posing.

Table and sunbed reservations are handled at balnearioilletas.com or by phone. Standard sunbed with umbrella €12, premium pack €47–52 (wooden deck, cushion, welcome drink, towel, and waiter service), per sandbeds. A €10/person deposit is required for groups of 6+.

From Palma, take TIB bus lines 104 or 106 to Illetas (~20 minutes). Taxi from central Palma costs €15–20 in ten minutes. From the airport, taxi €25–30 in 20 minutes. Private parking is reserved for guests. The bus stop is on the promenade, right in front of the spa.

Francisco Casas Llompart (Palma 1905 – Illetas 1977), a pioneer of Majorcan rationalism influenced by Le Corbusier and GATEPAC, according to Catalan Wikipedia and the spa’s official architecture page. Other works by him in Calvià include Hotel Maricel (1948), Hotel Bendinat (1951), Hotel Roc Illetas (1955), and Hotel Nixe Palace (1957).

Mediterranean and Majorcan dishes cooked over a Josper grill—rice dishes, fideuà, paella, red tuna, stuffed squid, roast suckling pig. In winter, cocido madrileño on Thursdays and Fridays, per Última Hora Xaloc 2024. The menu changes seasonally with local market produce. Average price ~€25 for lunch, €30–40 for dinner.
