RÜFÜS DU SOL [DJ SET] is a techno night at Pacha Ibiza in Marina Botafoch. RÜFÜS DU SOL have turned their melodic house brand into one of the most recognizable sounds of the last decade. Their four-Tuesday residency in July at Pacha is a bold move by the club to bring to the island a format that rarely fits Ibiza’s calendar: band performances adapted to DJ sets, with the same emotional tension but without the concert structure. Pacha’s dancefloor works differently with this kind of proposal. It’s not a room for long hours of hard techno, and that’s precisely an advantage: RÜFÜS DU SOL’s melodic-techno finds room to breathe between the drops, and the late-night vibe in the main room builds up in layers instead of direct hits.
