Music On is a techno night at Pacha Ibiza in Marina Botafoch. Marco Carola has been at the helm of this Friday residency at Pacha for over a decade. His format is the long set: five, six, seven hours straight, building from stripped-down rhythms to peak-filled dancefloors. No guests are confirmed for this date — just him, from start to finish. The sound is minimal techno with injections of tech-house, designed for hours that stretch on. The Pacha dawn unfolds in stages: the main room packed, the terrace as a breather, and the finale at sunrise when bodies are spent but the floor keeps moving. Carola steers these arcs with clockmaker precision. This edition lands in late July, peak season. The crowd is usually mixed: locals who know every twist, tourists here for the name, and the in-between crowd who knows Music On Fridays are among the few that keep it consistent from start to finish.
