Parapaila brings the closing session of the 2026 season to AMOK. The collective has built its name with sessions that blend African percussion with floor house, always in sunset format. On this date, the set lasts nearly five hours on the terrace of the large complex in southern Palma.
The sound is afro-house with deep nuances: rounded bass, sliding synths and layers of percussion that grow denser as the sun sets. AMOK’s terrace, with views into the complex’s interior, acts as a resonance box for this kind of programming. The atmosphere builds from golden light to dusk, with no jump to the nighttime floor: here the closing is the moment.
This date marks the end of AMOK’s weekly Thursday series. The residency has run all summer in the same format: late afternoons stretching on, crowds arriving straight from the beach or work, and an energy curve that rises until the last light.
