Ritzi Portals

Porto Portals, Mallorca

FAQ

Unit 34 of the Port Portals marina, at 07181 Portals Nous (Calvià), 12 km west of Palma. The entrance leads directly to the main dock, facing the yacht moorings; the restaurant is on the ground floor and the terrace overlooks the water. The area is the most exclusive on the southwest coast, between Bendinat and Costa d'en Blanes, with luxury boutiques and other marina restaurants nearby.

Open daily from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM, serving lunch and dinner without interruption in the mid-afternoon during peak season (June–September). In winter, it maintains the same daily hours, but the kitchen closes earlier if the dining room empties. It has no seasonal closure: it operates year-round, unlike many marina restaurants in Mallorca that only open in summer.

There is no formal minimum age: it is an Italian-Mediterranean restaurant, not a nightclub. Families with children are common at lunchtime, especially on Sundays with live music on the terrace. If you're bringing minors, request a table on the marina’s indoor terrace—it has more space between tables than the indoor dining room.

Smart-casual marina style: swimsuits, bare torsos, and flip-flops are not allowed inside the dining area, but jackets or collared shirts are not required for men. Regulars wear polo shirts, linen shirts, elegant beach dresses, or resort wear. On Sunday and weekend dinners in August, the atmosphere becomes more upscale and dressier.

Book online through the restaurant’s official system (Restoo) or by phone at +34 971 68 41 04. For July and August, we recommend reserving at least a week in advance, especially if you want a terrace table with yacht views. Partyisla.com does not sell tickets for Ritzi because it is a reservation-only restaurant, not a ticketed venue.

By taxi from Palma city center: 15–18 minutes for about €20–25; from Magaluf or Santa Ponsa: 12–15 minutes for €18–22; from Paguera: 18 minutes for €22–26. TIB bus 104 connects Palma with Portals Nous in about 30 minutes for €2.50. Paid parking is available at the marina (approx. €3/hour) right next to the restaurant.

Italian with Mediterranean influences under chef Sven Grabolle: homemade fresh pasta (the truffle and ragù tagliatelle are signature dishes), daily grilled fish, carpaccio, antipasti, and aged meat. The menu changes partially with the season and includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes upon request. Average spend is €60–90 per person with wine.

Live music every Sunday during lunch and afternoons, in acoustic format—jazz, bossa nova, or guitar—on the marina terrace. There are no international DJ residencies or dance floors: the music is background, not club-style. If you're looking for something more nightlife-oriented after dinner, the sibling venue Ritzi Lounge Bar (rooftop, one floor up) serves as an extension with cocktails and harbor views.
