Picheo 808 is an afro-house and commercial dance night at BCM Mallorca in Magaluf. Picheo 808 has been blending African-rooted house with mass-appeal dance rhythms. It’s not a name you’ll find at major European festivals, but in Spain’s commercial club circuit it’s carved out its own space. Their sets lean toward vocal tracks, uplifting breaks, and building peaks every three or four songs. BCM is the perfect setting for this kind of event: three floors, multiple rooms in action, a main dancefloor where energy rises in waves until the early hours. Danny Howard’s Tuesday residencies and the headliners in July and August set the club’s standard, but June Fridays open with names testing the floor before the big names arrive.
